Seeking Part-time Guide

Do you love talking to folks about art, history, preservation, or historic houses? Then come join us!

Woodford, a 1756 National Historic Landmark, is seeking a part-time paid Guide to give tours of the mansion and its collection of 18th-century American decorative arts. In addition to leading informative and engaging tours, you’ll welcome visitors, process admissions, ensure the safety of visitors and the collection, and support occasional special events.

Anyone with a background, training, or interest in colonial American decorative arts, history, historic houses, or preservation is encouraged to apply.

Salary: starting at $17 an hour.

Schedule: Sunday, 10:00am – 4:00pm. Additional hours are available for seasonal festivals, group bookings, and other special events throughout the year.
